The Oberoi, New Delhi

Awesome service!

The staff really go above and beyond. The spa and swimming pools are really beautiful. I also enjoyed the complimentary yoga classes in the morning.

The first morning at breakfast we received a barista quality coffee with milk art and all, the next morning the coffee was a lot more 'regular', definitely not bad, but a huge difference with the previous day.

The Oberoi is my only choice during my stays in Delhi. They pamper their guest to an extent that exceeds the expectation.Very professional staff who goes an extra mile to make the guest comfortable. Especial mention of Yash who helped me with smooth departure from the hotel. Their breakfast is 7* that no one should miss. Location is central and superb! High hygiene standards and very safe for lone travelers.

The rooms are impeccable, such as all amenities, but the most impressive is the breakfast quality and outstanding service from the hotel staff. Always happy to come back to this amazing hotel!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Oberoi, New Delhi, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.From the moment I arrived, the quality of service was exceptional. Without even asking, I was immediately offered a fantastic room upgrade, setting the tone for a truly memorable stay. Every detail throughout the hotel reflected impeccable care and attention, making me feel genuinely welcomed and valued.The breakfast was absolutely fabulous, offering a wide variety of delicious, high-quality options. I also appreciated the flexibility of a delayed check-out, which was handled smoothly and made my departure stress-free.A special mention goes to Yash, who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my entire stay. His efficiency, professionalism, and genuine care for guests’ needs truly made a difference and elevated the overall experience even further.Of course, The Oberoi is not a budget option — but if you have the means, it should be your first choice when visiting New Delhi. It’s truly worth every penny.

I don’t like how guests wear their room slippers inside 360/lounge/at pool I think the hotel needs to enforce no room slippers in the common spaces

Perfect hotel, look forward to staying again. The rooms were very generous, well equipped and the staff were exceptional. The advanced air purification system was a welcome relief. I would add that unlike certain luxury hotels in Delhi (Shangri-La Eros) this hotel charges the appropriate tax (we were advised it should be 18%). Certain luxury hotels were charging up to 40-45% tax, with no air purifiers and poorer service.

AMAZING team !A place with a soul - the hotel is really stylish, bubbling, with sophisticated vibe. The location is obviously top - cool bars, resrourants, street food around the corner. Also 15.mins walking distance from the Gardens.Here comes the best part of it - the hotel stuff really goes beyond and above for the guests. We were treated exceptionally and that gives an unrepeatable luxory experience. We will be back!

Perfect experience!

Always exceptional, always perfect. Oberoi is unmatched in service, properties, maintenance, and food. This property is more corporate feeling, but still the height of luxury in the chaos of Delhi.

breakfast was surprisingly disappointing

It's a very modern and clean hotel. The 'welcome' ritual was a nice surprise. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Concierge arranged Delhi day tour at very short notice. Driver and car were waiting for us in less than 30 minutes. Our driver, Rajveer was a Driver-and-Guide (2-in-1) who gave us background information about the places we visited. The Premium Room is of a generous size to accommodate 2 people very comfortably; and nicely decorated. We have tried the multiple restaurants at this hotel and they are all very good. Don't miss out on The Oberoi Patisserie for the nice pastries. Our transfer to and from Haridwar was also arranged by the helpful Concierge for a seamless travel. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Fabulous food in the Patisserie, 360 and Dhilli. Our day with Chef Roy was truly wonderful, an exceptional ambassador for Oberoi hotels.

What an amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish. Great check in experience as taken direct to room so no hanging around in lobby. Room was perfect and hotel is an absolute oasis of calm from the beautiful chaos of Delhi. Rooftop bar is very cool. Dining both for breakfast and dinner was exceptional

We’ve had an exceptional experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived at the airport we received a friendly welcome and our driver was formidable making sure we were comfortable during the ride.At the hotel we were nicely greeted by the staff and we were very pleased to have been able to check in at our room. We had a very nice experience at the Resident’s lounge and we were very well looked after at the 360 Restaurant where we had a lovely dinner. The restaurant manager Pherna and her team went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Breakfast was incredible and the best we’ve ever had. Pherna’s team again looked after us amazingly well and I also would like to mention the chefs that were making sure every food available was of the best quality. A special thank you to Chandrani who was so attentive and kind assisting me with great recommendations and even went as far as explaining to me me the recipes of some of the fantastic dishes which I can’t wait to try and replicate at home and I will for sure remember the great time we had at the Oberoi New Delhi.

Very clean. Beautiful flower arrangement. The staff was very friendly, helpful and very high level of hospitality. Love the breakfast buffet it has Indian food, western food and Asian. Love the restaurants in Oberoi, they all very delicious menu. Love the indoor pool and the steam room
